My role is to ensure you have all the skills and knowledge needed to be successful in the role of a Travel Agent. I’ll be arranging and delivering all of the training sessions that form our induction programme ‘Journey to Success’ and will offer additional support, of putting your new skills into practice when your business has launched.
I have spent the majority of my working life in the travel industry, it has enabled and inspired me on some incredible experiences around the globe.
I started my career in sales at Trailfinders, working my way up to various management roles, where I specialised in sales coaching and running the day to day operations of busy travel centres.
I then moved to Asia, where I managed a luxury travel agency based in Singapore. I used this opportunity to really explore Asia. My stand-out experiences have been honeymooning in Japan; trekking across Sulawesi; interrailing through Vietnam and diving in a remote archipelago in Southern Myanmar.

Our comprehensive training program Journey To Success is accredited by The Institute of Travel and Tourism.
Your one-to-one training is completely flexible, offering you the opportunity to spread the training out over a period of time, to help you manage your schedule.
We advise having approximately two weeks between each training day, giving you the opportunity to absorb more information and make the most of each session.

As a business owner, you can’t always take time out to be trained in a classroom so we offer flexible learning solutions to accommodate this, such as videos, e-learning, webinars etc.

Journey To Success Our eLearning Platform
The Journey to Success Portal is our inhouse custom built eLearning platform, which is an extension to our accredited one-to-one training program. This system allows you to be able to take your training to the next level with 24-hour access from any device.
The tagline on our homepage is ‘Knowledge on Demand’, and on the Journey to Success portal, this really is the case. We have thousands of videos, training documents, guides, hotel fact sheets, brochures, and images that users can access whenever and wherever they want.

Our role within The Holiday Franchise Company is to help and develop the franchisees to help grow their business and help answer any questions.
Jenna – I have been in the travel industry for 18 years; Travel is something I am very passionate about and enjoy. For the 18 years, I have always been a seller, I have worked for Thomas Cook and served the most with Midcounties Coop Travel. I now have this fantastic opportunity to put my previous selling skills to good use and support the new business franchises with their businesses.
Kimberly – I studied Travel & Tourism after completing this I went on to work for Thomas Cook where I worked for 8 years, this is where I learnt many skills. When I was 26 I went travelling to Australia and Thailand.

We hold our annual team conference where we mix both business and pleasure. We enjoy networking with each other, it is a great opportunity to share tips.
