This isn’t about guesswork, it’s about building a business with real, solid foundations.
Your Business Planning Meeting is a one-to-one session where we walk through exactly how your business could perform. Together, we’ll map out how it can grow, from your first booking to long-term success.
We’ll talk about average conversion rates, from website visitor to enquiry, then enquiry to booking.
We’ll cover average booking values, typical commission levels, credit card fees and margins, all the things you need to make smart, informed decisions.
And we’ll do it all in a way that’s clear, honest and realistic. No inflated projections or vague promises, just the facts, based on real data from real businesses.

“We had a brilliant business planning meeting with the Holiday Franchise Company and were warmly welcomed by Luke, who instantly made us feel like part of the HFC family. From the outset, Luke took the time to go into extensive detail about what it takes to successfully start our own travel agency. He guided us through each step of creating an effective business plan and was very helpful, patiently answering the many questions we had along the way. It was clear from the start that Luke genuinely cares about the success of his clients, and the level of support and service we received was outstanding. We are feeling confident and excited for the journey ahead thanks to his expert guidance.”
