THE OPPORTUNITY
Will include, but not limited to:
- Identify training needs for individual franchisees and the overall business
- Create, develop & maintain the training manuals/videos
- Organise & deliver franchisees’ training sessions
- Evaluate the success of the training sessions
- Support in the ongoing development of franchisees’ skills and businesses
- Support in managing an email inbox for our franchise network
THE PERSON
- Background in the travel industry, where training was a key part of their role, is essential
- Experience in using PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written skills, and organised
- Ability to network and build strong relationships
- Knowledge on Google Ads would be advantageous
THE LOCATION
- Home-based – Training delivered via webinar
- Office based – In our Birmingham Head Office, Cox Street, Birmingham, B3 1RD
- Close proximity to Snowhill train station, excellent public transport and road links
