Training Executive

THE OPPORTUNITY

Will include, but not limited to: 

  • Identify training needs for individual franchisees and the overall business 
  • Create, develop & maintain the training manuals/videos 
  • Organise & deliver franchisees’ training sessions 
  • Evaluate the success of the training sessions 
  • Support in the ongoing development of franchisees’ skills and businesses 
  • Support in managing an email inbox for our franchise network 

THE PERSON 

  • Background in the travel industry, where training was a key part of their role, is essential 
  • Experience in using PowerPoint 
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, and organised 
  • Ability to network and build strong relationships 
  • Knowledge on Google Ads would be advantageous 

THE LOCATION 

  • Home-based – Training delivered via webinar 
  • Office based – In our Birmingham Head Office, Cox Street, Birmingham, B3 1RD 
  • Close proximity to Snowhill train station, excellent public transport and road links

  • Up to £25K depending on experience
