THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and passionate travel professional to join our team, to support our growing network of franchisees in driving their sales and business forward.
We pride ourselves on continually enhancing our proposition and delivering outstanding service levels. Our franchisees are at the heart of everything that we do.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Will include, but not limited to:
- Manage a support email inbox for our franchise network, answering questions quickly and efficiently
- Support them to implement their induction training into their daily role
- Assist in turning sale opportunities into enquiries, and enquiries into sales
- Guide them on the best tour operators to use, based on their customer’s needs
- Set and motivate the team to excel on their sales goals
- Arrange supplier training webinars to increase the teams knowledge
- Identifying areas of opportunities for franchisees to drive their business forward
THE PERSON
- Ideally worked in a sales role for an independent travel agent
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to network and build strong relationships
- Full training provided in all other areas of the role
THE LOCATION
Remote based or Mix of home and office-based. Birmingham Head Office, Cox Street, Birmingham, B3 1RD
Close proximity to Snowhill train station, excellent public transport and road links
