I’m going to make this easy for you with a list of reasons not to join us.
If any of these strike you, please feel free to get in touch, and ask us to stop emailing you.
- If you don’t have a passion for travel
- If you want to sell flights only
- If you want to sell cheap packages holidays
- If this is a short term plan (by short term I mean run the business for a couple of year then quit)
- If you have less that 15 hours per week to invest in time
- If you want an online booking engine
- If you you’re not a hard worker (ask yourself if you will actually put the effort into this. There’s a big difference between thinking you will and knowing you will)
- If you don’t want to speak with people
- If you struggle building rapport with people
- If you don’t follow advice
- If you’re not interested in giving 5* customer service
- If you don’t want to work in partnership
- If you want a quick win
- If you struggle with rejection
- If you’re not self-motivated (this isn’t like working for someone else, you’ll need to be the one pushing yourself)
- If you give up easily
Is this negative?
Personally, I don’t think so. It’s honest.
It should show you that rather being an open to anyone joining us, we want to work with the right people. Actually, you should me more alarmed if our only criteria is:
‘Do you have enough money to be able to afford the franchise fee’
Because that shows a franchisor that is only interested in getting hold of your money, whether this is the right avenue for you or not.
But
If you are thinking about starting a travel business, and none of these apply to you, I’d love to speak with you, and get an understanding of if this could be a potentially successful partnership.
